A few years ago, I had the pleasure of helping buyer clients find a very unique Rummer built home that was in the middle of the short sale process. The buyer who had been in place had backed out and the sellers agent just happened to work in my office! A few months ago those buyers decided to sell their beautiful Rummer, so we put together an incredible marketing presentation including new 3D tour technology – an amazing way for the rest of the world outside of Portland to see the home without having to purchase a plane ticket. The internet was buzzing like crazy about this home and we were featured in The Oregonian. This brought hundreds and hundreds of people through our open houses, including a special appearance at one of the opens from Mr. Bob Rummer and his lovely wife Phyllis. We secured a buyer within just a few days of listing and now a new lucky family gets to call this space home.
