Sometimes finding the right home is not easy. My buyers were looking for a specific style of home in an area with good schools which doesn’t sound too challenging except it seems that so are a lot of other buyers. It took a few attempts at offers on homes, some that were getting offers way over asking in the hot market months. My clients were patient and persisted so when the winning home hit the market we acted quickly with a strong offer and with great communication between the agents my buyers now get to call this lovely mid century home their own.
