The Oak Hills neighborhood is one of the areas that I keep tabs on listings in. There are 23 Rummer built homes in this neighborhood that periodically go on market as well as other well built mid century modern homes. The community is located in Beaverton and has it’s own recreation center (with pool), greenways with walking paths, sport fields, playground, tennis courts, and elementary school.
I had the opportunity to tour this Rummer (pictured below) a little while ago that is surprisingly still on market.
UPDATE: THIS HOME HAS SOLD
To view homes for sale in the Oak Hills neighborhood visit the listings page here.
For a list of all of the Rummer homes for sale in the Portland area visit the Rummer Homes for Sale page where I will update listings as they hit market.

I just moved to Portland and am interested in mid century modern homes and in particular the Rummer homes. I plan to purchase but want to rent for a year until I figure out where in Portland I want to live. Are ther mcm / Rummer homes in Portland for rent? Any closer to downtown than Beaverton?
This is my home! We moved in in December and we are loving the home and neighborhood. Steve, I believe all the Rummer homes are on the west side in the suburbs. Possibly in the West Hills, but I am not sure. If you are serious, my husband can give you neighborhoods to look at. Many of the Rummers were built in pockets of other Rummer homes. Some neighborhoods are nicer than others. Oak Hills is the best (but I am bias, of course).
Hi Sara, and congrats on the home, it is beautiful! The Oak Hills neighborhood is delightful also. There are a handful of Rummers in Gresham also but the majority are on the W side.
