Modern Meets Vineyard
This listing, brought to you by one of my fellow M agents, is a heavenly combination of a beautiful contemporary modern home design with a gorgeous vineyard landscape. The existing farmhouse was remodeled by Jill Lewis and Lane Williams of Coop 15 Architects. The team opened up walls to windows and have surrounded the home with large porches that invite guests in and provide a place to overlook the vineyard and amazing sunsets.
The kitchen boasts stainless steel counters and original walnut cabinetry made from a single tree felled on the property. The living room fireplace is make of board formed concrete and the beautiful panel of Alaskan yellow cedar to the left of it swivels open to reveal the hidden flatscreen.

Mid Century Modern Home Feature – NE Portland
This area in outer NE Portland is full of hidden mid century home treasures. Every once in a great moon one of the treasures hits the market. This is the first time this custom mid century modern home has been on market and it shows. This beautiful home is a virtual time capsule (I only wish I could have seen it furnished) with original fixtures in excellent condition. The shed roof, clerestory window, vaulted tongue and groove wood ceiling forms are all features that are on the top of my favorites list and this one has it all. There is a large basement with a wonderful bar and side office/work room. The laundry is located upstairs off of the kitchen…convenient for the modern family.
