We moved in in December and we are loving the home and neighborhood. Steve, I believe all the Rummer homes are on the west side in the suburbs. Possibly in the West Hills, but I am not sure. If you are serious, my husband can give you neighborhoods to look at. Many of the Rummers were built in pockets of other Rummer homes. Some neighborhoods are nicer than others.
